At Solar Disposal Solutions LLC, we assist in helping homeowners legally exit fraudulent or misrepresented solar panel agreements. With the rise in deceptive solar sales tactics, hidden financing terms, and undisclosed property liens, many families find themselves trapped in contracts they never fully understood or agreed to.
Our mission is simple: to empower homeowners with legal solutions that bring clarity, relief, and financial freedom. We are not a law firm—but we partner with experienced consumer protection attorneys who assist in solar contract disputes. Through our thorough pre-screening process, we gather all the necessary documents and evidence to streamline the case for legal review—saving you time, stress, and costly mistakes.
From your first call to the final resolution, our team walks with you every step of the way. We believe in transparency, results, and restoring peace of mind to families who’ve been taken advantage of.
If your solar contract isn’t working for you — we will.
At Solar Disposal Solutions LLC, we make the process simple. We start with a free case review to determine if your solar contract qualifies for legal action. If it does, our team collects all necessary documents and evidence, then connects you with a trusted legal partner who assist in getting homeowners out of fraudulent agreements. We handle the coordination—you get the results.
At Solar Disposal Solutions LLC, we believe in delivering not just results—but real legal power behind every case we take on. That’s why we’re proud to introduce our in-house legal counsel, Jon Gold, of the respected Reynolds & Gold Law Firm.
With years of experience in consumer protection and contract law, Jon brings sharp legal insight, a strong track record, and a passion for holding deceptive solar companies accountable. His partnership ensures that every client we serve is backed by trusted legal representation from day one.
With Jon Gold and Reynolds & Gold in your corner, you’re not just disputing a contract—you’re taking a stand with legal force behind you.
Our team focuses exclusively on helping homeowners exit contracts that were misrepresented, overpromised, or unfairly structured. We know what red flags to look for — and how to fight back.
What every homeowner should know about solar contracts, financing, and legal protections.
At Solar Disposal Solutions LLC, we work with homeowners who were misled, pressured, or given incomplete information when signing a solar panel agreement. Many of these contracts involve financing terms, dealer fees, and hidden liens that were not fully disclosed — and that’s where federal consumer protection laws come in.
These laws are designed to protect your rights, ensure transparent financing, and hold sales organizations accountable for deceptive practices.
Truth in Lending Act (TILA)
TILA requires that you be given clear, accurate, and complete information about the true cost of your financing — including:
If a dealer inflated the cost of your solar system or failed to disclose financing terms, that could be a TILA violation — and you may have the right to rescind (cancel) the agreement.
The FTC’s Cooling-Off Rule & Home Solicitation Sales Act
If your solar system was sold to you in your home or outside a regular place of business, you may have had the right to cancel within 3 business days — but only if the seller gave you proper written notice of this right.
If that notice wasn’t provided, your right to cancel may still be valid.
Real Estate Disclosure Laws (RESPA, Dodd-Frank, HMDA)
When a lien is placed on your home through solar financing, certain laws require the dealer or lender to disclose everything — fees, interest rates, settlement costs, and more.
If you weren’t told there would be a lien, or you didn’t receive the required disclosure forms, this could be a serious legal violation.
Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act & Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act
These acts prohibit companies from using unfair, deceptive, or misleading tactics — including making false promises about system performance, energy savings, or government rebates.
They also require clear disclosure of product warranties, maintenance obligations, and any limitations.
Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA)
You have the right to fair and equal treatment when applying for financing. Lenders must explain credit decisions and cannot discriminate or deny based on protected factors like age, gender, or race.
Why This Matters
Solar panel contracts often look like energy upgrades — but many are long-term financial agreements that place a lien on your home and include undisclosed dealer fees that inflate your payments.
If your dealer:
You may be legally entitled to a contract exit, reduction of obligation, or financial restitution.

NOT A LAW FIRM DISCLOSURE:
Solar Disposal Solutions LLC is not a law firm. We are a consumer advocacy and referral service that works closely with law firms who assist with solar contract cancellations. Before working with us, we encourage homeowners to explore all available options, including contacting their solar panel provider to discuss their concerns. Some solar companies offer solutions for customers experiencing financial or technical issues.
If your solar provider does not have a program that addresses your situation, we can connect you with legal professionals who assist with solar contract disputes. However, not all solar contracts qualify for cancellation, and each case presents unique legal challenges. Individual results may vary.
